Housing Design Preferences Survey

To help streamline the municipal permitting process and more quickly construct a range of affordable housing options, the City of Charlottetown is developing a catalogue of pre-approved home designs that will be publicly available through the City. The catalogue will include pre-approved designs for two Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and two Duplex Dwellings.

To help us create housing designs that will best suit tenants and home builders, we are asking for your input on what elements of a home are most important to you. Your feedback will help shape the final housing designs.

The survey includes general questions, as well as sections specific to developers, landlords, and tenants. Please complete the sections that are relevant to you. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
