The development of Charlottetown’s new Strategic Plan is now underway. This will be the City's highest-level plan and serve as a roadmap for prioritizing actions, policies, programs and partnerships.
The new multi-year plan will also set the strategic direction for the corporation and define how the City can continue to grow in a dynamic and sustainable way. Specifically, the plan will establish a common vision and define the shared goals and priorities of the corporation and the community.
Annual progress reports are imperative to our success and make certain we are working toward our long-range plan. Our Plan is a “living document” that will be maintained through ongoing monitoring and reported on to Charlottetown Council on an annual basis.
